  • 550 grams peeled coldwater shrimps
  • Several sprigs of spring onion
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 550 peeled coldwater shrimps
  • 1 peeled middle-sized cucumber
  • Several drops of lemon juice
  • Several drops of lemon juice
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 55 grams peeled coldwater shrimps
  • 0.5 paprika pod
  • Several sprigs of spring onion

Coldwater shrimps and cucumber salad Directions

    • Peel the cucumber. Cut in half along. Remove seeds and cut into dices. Cut red paprika into dices.
    • Lay lettuce leaves in a plate.
    • Combine shrimps, cucumber cubes, red paprika cubes, sliced spring onion, finely chopped dill, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix the salad and place it on the lettuce leaves. Serve.
