For 4 people

Cream

  • 6 middle-sized tangerines
  • 3 sprigs of parsley
  • 150 grams peeled coldwater shrimps
  • Several lettuce leaves
  • 1 middle-sized apple (sweet one)
  • Salt, ground white pepper by taste
  • 100 grams celery
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 4 tbsp of mayonnaise

Tangerine and coldwater shrimps salad Directions

    • Squeeze two tangerines for juice. Combine the juice with mayonnaise, season with salt and ground white pepper. Mix the dressing well.
    • Wash and peel four tangerines. Separate the lobules and remove membranes. Peel and core and slice the apple. Finely slice the celery.
    • Combine peeled shrimps, tangerines, apple and celery slices in a salad bowl. Pour in the dressing, and mix carefully in order not to damage tangerines.
    • Lay the bed of lettuce leaves in the serving plate. Put the salad on the lettuce bed. Strew with finely chopped parsley. Cut the lemon into thin half rings. Decorate salad with lemon. Serve.
