- 1 head of lettuce

- 55 grams peeled coldwater shrimps
- Several drops of lemon juice
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 peeled middle-sized cucumber
- 2 sprigs of fresh dill
- Several sprigs of spring onion

- 1 head of lettuce
- Several drops of lemon juice

Coldwater shrimps and cucumber salad Directions
- Peel the cucumber. Cut in half along. Remove seeds and cut into dices. Cut red paprika into dices.
- Lay lettuce leaves in a plate.
- Combine shrimps, cucumber cubes, red paprika cubes, sliced spring onion, finely chopped dill, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix the salad and place it on the lettuce leaves. Serve.
