Avocado and coldwater shrimps salad

  • 500 grams peeled coldwater shrimps
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint
  • Salt, ground pepper by taste
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 srigs of fresh thyme
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 0.5 tsp of lemon juice

Avocado and coldwater shrimps salad Directions

    • Wash and peel avocado. Cut along in halves. Remove the pit. Cut the pulp into thin lobules. Cut the cucumber into strips.
    • Crush the garlic with the flat side of the knife, and then chop finely. Chop the thyme and mint finely. Combine garlic and herbs with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and ground pepper in the small bowl. Dressing is ready.
    • Combine cucumbers, shrimps, avocado and dressing in the salad bowl. Mix. Serve.
