- 75 grams of salad mix
- 1 tbspn of lemon juice
- 10 Mozzarella miniballs
- 300 grams of peeled coldwater shrimps
- •ground pink or green pepper by taste
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 avocado
Coldwater shrimps, avocado and Mozzarella salad Directions
- Defrost shrimps, peel and remove heads.
Cut avocado. Cut Mozzarella balls into halves. Combine salad mix, shrimps, cheese and avocado. Mix olive oil, lemon juice and ground pepper. Dress the salad with this mix and serve.
